DESCRIPTION:Aroh – Giving Hope & RCC Raipur Team conducted the event on the occasion of International Childhood Cancer Day\, we made children to wear yellow headcaps\, organized games which entertained the children and made a Tree of Life on a white sheet on the wall with their colorful handprints. Gave them papers where have written experience and gratitude and decorated the notes on the board\, then at the end of the program gave them gifts\, chocolates\, and snacks. \nAfter attending the event\, the children and their families learned how to help children recover from cancer with the help of doctors and their team and encouraged them to maintain their brewery

DESCRIPTION:This year’s ICCD event in the Department of Pediatric Hematology Oncology & BMT in SJMCH focused on the very theme of ICCD\, 2022\, that’s to thank the service providers. As a token of gratitude\, our kids distributed succulent plants to doctors\, nurses\, cleaning staff\, and other non-medical team members. DESCRIPTION:Firefly Association held a webinar for the “KosaRi” Medical Students’ Association from Rijeka. Focus was on mental health with an emphasis on the psychological health of children and families during active treatment. By sensitizing the medical students to this topic\, it is possible to draw attention to the strong spirit of children\, youth and their families\, but also the need for systematic and appropriate help and support for the whole family during treatment.

DESCRIPTION:The event was organized by Aroh ICH Chennai team\, in view of International Childhood Cancer Day 2022. This marathon is to create awareness and why we need to celebrate Childhood cancer Day and honor children with cancer and to provide support for the cancer children. \nThis is virtual marathon all Over India with the support of Aroh team members. We had created a Google form with registration fee @ Rs.99. The fund raised through this will be used for treatment of cancer children in ICH. Around 250 people have participated\, and E-Certificate has been issued to participants in this event.

DESCRIPTION:Handprints & messages of hope \nOffline & Online activities were conducted at ACT clinics of ICS empanelled hospitals PAN India during the month of February and March 2022. \nICS team spread awareness about the handprint activities online with support groups. Where survivors recorded their videos and created tutorials and shared their messages with support groups as well as care givers. \nEfforts of survivors were highly appreciated by the team. It encouraged confidence\, sense of togetherness and it provided them a platform to express themselves freely. \nPsychologist Team conducted poster-making activities after the psycho-oncology counselling sessions. Where around 80 survivors participated and enjoyed the activities.
